I see no evidence that this bill is an impeachment motion. It’s a nonbinding “sense of congress” resolution.
It’s true that in the unlikely event that this bill passes, a logical next step is to begin impeachment proceedings. Nevertheless, I do not believe that this bill by itself constitutes “fil[ing] to impeach Obama,” and reporting it that way is exaggerating its importance.

Which, would, in effect, declare Martial Law, but would also, under the Constitution allow for his forcible removal, confinement, and subsequent trial for Crimes against the American People. Best thing he could do is resign and let the American Voters determine our own future.

Now, after almost four years, the FORT HOOD tragedy has been ignored, save the fact of the shooter havinmg been paid in full, collecting $287.000 dollars. while the victims and their families have received no compensation at all, as promised by Barack Hussein after the funerals of the 13 dead,. As Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces, he also defined the shooting as a “Working Place Accident”, reason why the Pentagon Chiefs accepted this absurd definition. Also, the judge appointed by the Pentagon, recently confirmed that HE WOULD NOT CHANGE THE DEFINITION, and is not considering the shooter as a Terrorist. Americans, can any person in the world but a Islamist Terrorist protector, define the shooting of almost 50 un American soldiers and a policewoman, who avoided further killings, AS A WORKING PLACE ACCIDENT? You decide… as the media asks frequently.
My last comment about Obama´s protective actions of Islamist Terrorists in the cases of the FORT HOOD tragedy and THE BENGHAZI murder of the US Ambassador and defending Seals, who disregarded Obama´s “Stand Down” order to all possible Armed Forces and CIA, also protecting the US Consulate, US Territory, was not posted ????
The impeaqchment at least shows that an impeachable crime exists; and it would be enough to destroy Obama´s chances of being reelected, IF THE MAIN MEDIA SHOULD GIVE THIS INITIATIVE some publicity. The man is a real monster, having achieved the destruction of an innocent nation, accusing Gadaffi wihtout any kind of proof, while the media lied to the public. Something has to be done to avoid lies being repeated and repeated, like the reports about Syria, where tanks are used to defend Syrian territory against foreign armed invaders, and the media insists that Assad is only bent on killing innocent civilians. Meanwhile, in the US, the Financial Disaster is getting closer and closer to the brink of chaos and the Obama Administration has not uttered a word about it.
