CHRISTIAN Capt. Paul Fields was ORDERED TO ATTEND A MUSLIM RELIGIOUS SERVICE and then PUNISHED with a two-week unpaid suspension and demotion for refusing to personally participate in the mosque event where officers are forced to observe Islamic worship services and be subjected to Islamic beliefs, proselytization and arguments for the justification of Shariah law in the United States!

That’s right – as a Christian, Fields believed the order violated his religious freedoms but the department determined he was refusing orders and punished him for not attending the MANDATORY “law enforcement appreciation day” at the Islamic Society of Tulsa mosque. Mosque officials themselves admitted to deliberately setting the event on a Friday so that officers would be forced to attend Muslim religious services, but that wasn’t enough for this judge to uphold rights of conscience and religious freedom against creeping political correctness and Shariah compliance in our judicial system!
You can be certain that if this case were in the reverse – where a MUSLIM police captain was forced to attend a CHRISTIAN service – the American Civil Liberties Union and Barack Obama’s Department of Justice would have united forces to make sure the First Amendment was upheld on behalf of the Muslim community!
The 16-page opinion piece wherein federal judge Gregory Frizzell denied our law enforcement officers a fair trial protecting fundamental First Amendment freedoms is yet another intolerable example of a corrupt judicial system embracing Shariah law with open arms!
Judge Frizzell ruled that Capt. Fields could have avoided the order by assigning someone else in his stead while avoiding answering in any way the constitutionality of the edict to observe and be subjected to Islamic religious services and Shariah law fundamentalism!
The complaint was filed AFTER the event that was promoted as ‘voluntary’ was made MANDATORY in an email from Deputy Chief Alvin Webster who then saw to it that Fields – who received permission from his supervisor to raise objections and concerns – received an email from Webster to reconsider his objections or face “consequences.” Then, for defending his constitutionally-guaranteed First Amendment rights, Fields was transferred to a lower position and ordered investigated! The next day – AFTER Fields was punished – the Islamic event was again made voluntary, but the investigation of Fields continued!
Fields’ had the permission of his supervisor, Julie Harris, to raise objections and concerns against attending the voluntary-mandatory-voluntary again order to attend Islamic worship services at the Tulsa Islamic mosque which has in the past featured anti-American speakers such as Imam Siraj Wahhaj, “a Shariah-adherent Muslim who promotes the destruction of Western civilization and the creation of an Islamic caliphate,” according to the lawsuit filed in this fight for freedom.
“The bitter irony is that Capt. Fields was one of the primary officers involved with helping to protect this mosque from a criminal suspect intent on doing harm, and it was this very incident that served as the justification for the ‘appreciation’ event,” Muise said.
Muise also said “the evidence is undisputed and overwhelming that Capt. Fields was punished for merely raising a religious objection to the mandatory order, and this included punishing him for refusing to attend the Islamic proselytizing event based on his sincerely held religious convictions.”
Court documents revealed Harris “candidly admitted during sworn testimony that the police department retaliated against [Fields] for exercising his constitutional rights.” Still, this judge refused to uphold the First Amendment for this police officer against the imposition of Shariah law in America and the distortions of political correctness. The Constitutional rights of Americans are being steam-rolled by the deification of cultural diversity, the promotion of Islam and meek judges unwilling to stand up for the rule of OUR rights and OUR laws!
This is just one more example of Barack Obama’s fundamentally transformed America. He never actually said his ‘change’ would be for the betterment of our nation.
The systematic propping up of medieval, inhumane and utterly UNAMERICAN Shariah law MUST STOP but instead it is gaining steam in the United States and around the globe. The corrupt, self-serving Obama administration and all its factions seek appeasement if not advancement of the jihad supporting radical elements that organize and empower Islamic separatism in America!
To America, this is a clarion call: “Wake up, people – we are losing it all”!
This co-optation is so bad now that it is not just global financial institutions, it is our police agencies, courts, anti-terror, national security and the U.S. military itself complying with the Obama standards of Islamic-dictated subservience! And when our soldiers and police officers fight back against creeping Shariah, they are told to stand down and stay silent!
Shocking case in point: During the 2012 Arab International Festival in Dearborn, Michigan, a small group of Christian street activists were pelted with stones, bottles, and debris by young Muslims while deputies from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office failed to intervene and maintain order!
When Ruben Israel, the leader of the Christian group, asked police officers present to step in and enforce the law so that the activists could exercise their right to freedom of speech, Israel was given the option to either leave the festival or face arrest. He and his group of some 25 activists were at no time afforded equal protection under the law for their protest on public property.
There should be no controversy whatsoever in America over their protected First Amendment right to evangelize – nor over their right to remain equally protected from mob violence in their exercise of their free speech rights. They spoke no words of incitement to violence; it is worth noting that when they were attacked by Muslims, they did not retaliate.
Robert Muise, Co-Founder and Senior Counsel of AFLC, and formerly counsel with the Thomas More Law Center of Ann Arbor Michigan, commented, “Whether you agree or disagree with the Christians’ message, there is one issue to which there is no dispute: no citizen should be stoned in a city street in America for exercising his constitutional right to freedom of speech. And what makes this case so egregious is that law enforcement officers were present and made the conscious choice to allow the Muslim mob to silence the Christian speakers through violence. Indeed, the video of the incident looks like something you would see in the Middle East, not in the United States.”
AFLC Co-Founder and Senior Counsel David Yerushalmi, an expert on Shariah law added, “While it is shocking to see video of Christians being stoned in the United States for criticizing Islam, it is not necessarily surprising that this incident occurred in Dearborn, Michigan, a city where the mayor and law enforcement have consistently violated Christians’ free speech rights in favor of appeasing a large Muslim population and where, in line with the Islamic legal dictates of Shariah, the Christian Gospel is treated as criminally offensive speech, and violence ‘for the sake of Allah’ is reinforced by arresting or removing the Christians. Muise described the constitutional principles at issue here: “The Supreme Court has long recognized that speech serves its ‘high purpose’ when it stirs people to anger. Speech is often provocative and challenging, and it may have profound unsettling effects as it presses for acceptance of an idea. That is why freedom of speech is protected against censorship or punishment. There is no room under our Constitution for a more restrictive view. Additionally, the courts have made clear that a police officer has the duty not to effectuate a heckler’s veto, nor may he join a violent mob intent on suppressing speech. Instead, the officer must take reasonable action to protect persons exercising their free speech rights. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office egregiously breached its duty in violation of the U.S. Constitution.”
The U.S. Constitution has been in peril ever since Barack Obama took the oath of office more than three years ago, but now he is facilitating both violent and stealth jihad determined to institute Shariah law into our country via its mosques and our prisons, schools, media, government, courts and even financial institutions.
“ALLAH IS OUR OBJECTIVE, MUHAMMAD IS OUR PROPHET, THE QUR’AN IS OUR LAW, JIHAD IS OUR WAY, AND DYING IN THE WAY OF ALLAH IS OUR HIGHEST ASPIRATION!”
That is the Muslim Brotherhood motto. And that is what Barack Hussein Obama is supporting in Egypt and throughout the Middle East – and AT HOME IN THE U.S.A. – with your tax dollars. We must stop Obama and the left from facilitating the stealthy Shariah penetration of our country’s institutions – and those of other Western countries, as well.
The national Muslim civil liberties organization Muslim Advocates demanded the U.S. Department of Justice Inspector General investigate “the FBI’s use of grossly inaccurate and bigoted trainers and training materials for its counterterrorism agents and other law enforcement.” They denounced the agency’s new Domestic Intelligence Operations Guide (DIOG)’s expansive ethnic mapping guidelines. Following their cries of “victim,” the FBI completely capitulated, abandoning their curriculum without seeking any truly expert analysis or advice about their materials. The FBI in supine fashion has stated publicly it will “scrub its training materials of offensive and inaccurate anti-Muslim content and sources” and has simply eradicated any materials deemed uncomplimentary of the Muslim community.
Particularly infuriating to Islamists are historically accurate reminders of the linkage of Islam to Nazism, and any analysis of Nazi and Arab alliances during WWII. Discussion of whether the current Arab-Israeli conflict is in fact a continuation of Nazi anti-Semitism is prima facie proof of “inflammatory and offensive distortions” about Islamism.
Nationally, the FBI stepped up its political correctness campaign with a “Muslim community outreach” in late December 2011, holding a conference call with Islamic civil rights groups to apologize for allegedly “offensive, Islamophobic training materials” and to promise a “comprehensive review.” The Department of Homeland Security, which provides most funding for state and local training, has also recently issued a set of “Best Practices” recommendations to within politically correct boundaries.
NOW it develops that with such whopping success cowing the DHS and the FBI, the Islamists are taking on the U.S. military. A new U.S. Army manual explicitly BANS our soldiers from criticizing Islam or pedophilia and also prohibits advocating women’s rights among a whole host of other taboo topics. Free speech is falsely fingered as the cause for recent ‘green on blue’ attacks on our soldiers instead of the actual infiltration of international forces by Al Qaeda jihadists determined to kill Americans.
Previously, a tough-minded course which has been taught at Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, VA by a West Point graduate, highly decorated combat colonel was suspended for being too war-like against the “religion of peace.” The college, for professional military members, is supposed to teach midlevel officers and government civilians on subjects related to planning and executing war.
But in a course presentation on “counterjihad,” the instructor asserted that the rise of what he called a “military Islam/Islamist resurgence” compels the United States to consider extreme measures, “unconstrained by fears of political incorrectness.”
The course was suspended after it received a student complaint, and within days Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey ordered all service branches to review their training to ensure other courses don’t use “anti-Islamic material.” Dempsey told news sources the material in the Norfolk course was counter to American “appreciation for religious freedom and cultural awareness.”
In fact, it is ISLAMISM and Shariah LAW he is describing!
Shariah law is a harsh and excessive legal and societal code straight from the Middle Ages:
- It encourages husbands to beat their wives.
- It allows Muslim men to marry more than one wife, including “child brides” of only a few years old!
- It calls for “eye for an eye” revenge rather than justice.
- It commands torture for those convicted of crimes, including cutting off hands or feet, mutilation, and even crucifixion.
- It demands that “adulterers” – including innocent victims of rape – be stoned to death.
- It says anyone critical of Islam or Muhammad must be killed.
- It calls for the deaths of “apostates” – that is, anyone who leaves Islam.
- It commands violent jihad and the total subjugation or annihilation of all religions other than Islam.
Shariah law is quickly entwining its deadly tentacles through our public schools, our courts, our society.
That’s why you must, for the survival of the United States of America, help stop Shariah here and now.
Islamists have declared war against you, me, and all freedom-loving Americans on multiple fronts.
Make no mistake: WE ARE UNDER ATTACK – Appeasement and capitulation to Islamism and Shariah is NOT the answer!

But naked force is NOT the only weapon of Islam’s arsenal. In nations like ours, where they are yet a relatively small minority, Muslims rely on stealth jihad. And that is accomplished through the imposition of Shariah, the Islamic legal system that demands death for those who oppose Islam and its many legalistic dictates.
You see, Islamic Shariah is the antithesis of American constitutional law. In order for Shariah to thrive, personal freedom and liberty must die. That is exactly the goal of Islamists in America – and they are making tremendous headway.
