All this is exacerbated because simply the MI5, MI6, CIA and the FBI Are Recruiting the Wrong type of People to do the job to an efficient and professional way. The Mininum Standard Academic Requirement is a 1.1 or 2.2. Degree, which invariably means these Western Intelligence Agencies are recruiting an academically Elitist group of employees, mainly drawn from Elite universities like Eton, Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Princeton, and other Ivy League Colleges. The Intelligence World reinforces Win/Lose Scripting. The “normal distribution curve ” basically says to Applicants you got an “A” because someone else got a “C”. It interprets an Applicant’s value by comparing him or her to everyone else. No recognition is given to Intrinsic Value, every Applicant is Extrinsically Defined. This is where the CORE FAULT LINES lie within the Western Intelligences.
These privileged recruits from usually middle and upper class backgrounds in exclusive zones of the two countries, unfortunately lack what it takes to monitor and defeat Islamic Terror Groups, and that is STREET CRED.
The Western Spy Agencies should immediately alter their ethos and method of Recruitment, to deliberately target innovative and inventive students, both Male and Female who have lower Educational Grades, who come from working class backgrounds in both America and Britain, but who possess the vital ingredient of STREET CRED, which enables them to be able to combat and defeat the Islamic Terrorists at their own Game. Where do you think Militant Islamic Terror Groups Boka Haram, Al Shabaab, Al Queda and the Taliban all do their recruiting ? Yes, from the back streets of their own Villages, Towns and Cities, and who all possess natural acumen and STREET CRED, in other words Craftiness and Trickery. You ONLY learn that on the Street.
Also, it is time the Western Intelligence Services stopped the unwise practice of recruiting from amongst the Immigrant Muslim population, as it has proved in the past to be counter productive and damaging, and the real danger of Double and Triple Agents has abounded within the ranks.
Other Western and European Agencies should look at this Template and Emulate it.
