In the face of FURIOUS rejection the Brady Campaign is now DENYING the authenticity of theirad but screenshots of their Facebook site say otherwise. Whatever the truth of Brady Campaign’s frantic photo-shop allegations (notice how wedded the Left is to the idea that evidence is NEVER what it seems?) their ‘GUNS ARE THE MOST EVIL THING IN AMERICA’ message REMAINS THE SAME!
Sadly, you won’t hear any liberal so-called feminists arguing for their EQUALIZING right to ARMED self defense under the aegis of our inviolate Second Amendment!
They are so obsessed with the totemic power of THE GUN, they are perfectly willing to trivialize the horrific, lifetime trauma of sexual assault against women – and leave our American daughters, wives, sisters and mothers disarmed against savage predators!
America, THIS IS DANGEROUS. THIS IS DUMB.

Even URINATING or VOMITING ON COMMAND is not off the idiot progressives’ list of self defense options for females in a gun-free society!
Can you IMAGINE the media outcry if a REPUBLICAN lawmaker had uttered these degrading anti-women ‘recommendations’ for FAILED ‘self defense’??!!
During debate over a Colorado proposal to ban concealed carry oncollege campuses, Colorado Rep. Joe Salazar (D-Thornton) said, “It’s why we have call boxes, it’s why we have safe zones, it’s why we have the whistles. Because you just don’t know who you’re gonna be shooting at.”
AND THESE PEOPLE SOMEHOW WON AN ELECTION?!
The ever-liberal University of Colorado at Colorado Springs’ Department of Public Safety is suggesting that women “tell your attacker that you have a disease or are menstruating.” They want women to also be aware that “vomiting or urinating may also convince the attacker to leave you alone.”
Attempting such a ploy could also convince the attacker to MURDER INSTEAD OF RAPE YOU, but they aren’t telling you that…
Number five on the list – passive resistance – is another favorite. (We’re pretty sure Barack Obama whole-heartedly approves.)
What all this nonsense amounts to is NO DEFENSE for American women. Instead ALL the Left cares about is confiscating LAWFUL FIREARMS BELONGING TO LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS. In reality, of course, our ‘gun’ problem as a society is the ILLEGAL use of guns by criminals and madmen who quite frankly, don’t give a d*mn about anything but their immediate violent objective!
These people are already CRIMINALS, outside the structure of law and civilized society. How is passed more laws against the law-abiding citizenry going to do anything but empower and embolden their criminals predations?
The ‘gun violence’ the idiot Left decries arises from the failure of every level of government to crack down on criminals of every variety while promoting policies that further erode morals and ethics, mock and vilify law and order and enable the miscreants to evade accountability to meaningful authority or be held to standards of decent conduct.
America, we can do better than this.
RIGHT NOW – we must stop the Obama FEDERAL gun grab and save our right to armed self defense from the Left’s coordinated campaign! We MUST cut the ground out from under those who would disarm us by DEFEATING the Feinstein ‘assault weapons’ ban, and BLOCK the unconstitutional attempts at the State and Federal levels to confiscate our weapons!
The Colorado State anti-gun momentum must be undercut by success in shutting down and delegitimizing Federal gun ‘reform’ – that State alone is dealing with FOUR bills seeking to ban ‘high capacity’ magazines, prohibit concealed carry on college campuses, institute universal backgrounds checks, and ban the private sale of and transfer of firearms. If Colorado moves gun control aggressively forward and Congress is passive, other pro-confiscation States will have their precedent and so will Barack Hussein Obama, who will consider it a mandate to push harder at the Federal level in the name of ‘public safety!’
Meanwhile, crazy Uncle Joe Biden, proclaiming himself a real buddy-buddy to us gun owners, is spending his time whispering gun control sweet nothings over the phone to State level lawmakers nationwide.
“If there’s ever a problem,” Biden alleges he told his wife, “just walk out on the balcony here – walk out, put that double barrel shot gun and fire two blasts outside the house – I promise you whoever is coming in … You don’t need an AR-15, it’s harder to aim, it’s harder to use…Buy a shotgun! Buy a shotgun!”
Now, not to nit-pick BUT…
The Bidens are surrounded by ARMED SECRET SERVICE PROTECTION 24/7.
A double barrel shot gun gives just TWO chances to take out or otherwise impede an attacker.
And the real kicker, it takes considerably longer to reload, and, especially for the smaller women among us, it is HARDER TO AIM, HARDER TO USE and MUCH HARDER TO CONTROL A SHOTGUN THAN A RIFLE!
In other words, Biden wants to give his WIFE fewer chances and worse odds than she would have with something like, say… an AR-15!
Then again, they do have their security detail courtesy of YOUR taxpayer dollars!
But we know better than to fall for these nauseating rhetorical tricks and we know which party is waging the real war on women! WE MUST MAKE SURE THE REST OF AMERICA KNOWS BETTER AS WELL!
Morgan has been endeavoring to recruit on-the-fence, uninformed Americans into the anti-gun fold by perpetuating lies and promoting pointless ‘feel good’ policies that have NOTHING to do with IMPROVING the safety of our children or ourselves. They are all about political correctness, and in fact by preventing GOOD public policy and actually depriving citizens of REAL protection via armed self defense, THEY POSE A THREAT TO AMERICANS!
For those of you who missed it, smarmy Morgan invited Aubrey Blankenship and Celia Bigelow of American Majority Action to discuss their National Review column about why young women prefer the AR-15 semi-automatic rifle with 30-round magazines for self-defense. These arms, should the Feinstein bill pass, will become ILLEGAL.
In their column, Aubrey and Celia argue that “pepper spray, mace or five-round handheld pistols aren’t going to cut it” against rapists, mass murderers or home invasion. Morgan challenged that “you don’t need assault weapons for self-defense… Explain to me why you believe you need an AR-15 style assault rifle.”
These ladies, much to the effete snob Morgan’s consternation, DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
Unlike the leftwing anti-gun propagandists spewing the lie that so-called “assault” weapons have no place in our homes, Bigelow did her homework to back up her claims that there is no better weapon for women TO ANSWER A LIFE-THREATHENING ASSAULT than with these guns!
“We saw a situation in Georgia just a couple weeks ago where a mom was hiding in her attic with her two children when an intruder entered her home. She had a handgun that only had six rounds in it. She fired all six rounds, missed the intruder once, hit him five times in the face and in the neck. And he still lived.”
Oily Morgan ignored it to ask, “Do you know one?”
And indeed she did…
“Yes, absolutely,” Celia responded. “In 2010, in Houston, Texas, there was a 15-year-old boy alone at home. And he was – he was home alone with his 12-year-old sister when two intruders tried to enter in the front door and in the back door of his house. He grabbed his AR-15 and shot at them and they ran away.” He and his sister WERE NOT victims!
Make SURE Congress gets the message… owning the AR-15 is OUR RIGHT and IS AMONG THE BEST WEAPONS for women’s home defense. Feminist Dianne Feinstein should be in supporting its empowerment of women’s safety, not banning it.
In 1988, the RABIDLY anti-gun Violence Policy Center published a booklet describing how the “new topic” of “assault weapons” will “strengthen the handgun restriction lobby for the following reasons:”
… The weapons’ menacing looks, coupled with the public’s confusion over fully automatic machine guns versus semi-automatic assault weapons – anything that looks like a machine gun is assumed to be a machine gun – can only increase the chance of public support for restrictions on these weapons.
And now, some 25 years later, this strategy that preys on Americans’ gun rights ignorance is WORKING nationwide for anti-gunners everywhere and at every level of government!
America is being fed a bunch of garbage that to be safe, we must be disarmed and vulnerable fodder for victimhood. The facts are the Feinstein gun ban is just that – a gun ban! It includes NO ‘safety’ measures while regulating our right to keep and bear contemporary arms into non-existence. It is chock-a-block with bureaucracy and regulatory authority to justify outright confiscation by the Feds, and this is NO DOUBT in the Obama playbook.
Instead of even trying to bring logic to the argument and examine the other side of the gun control question – how many victims would be DEAD or INJURED having been deprived of their gun for self-defense – the progressives prey on Americans unwilling to think for themselves, who rely on the mainstream media machine to frame the entire ‘gun violence debate’ as gun control propaganda.
Census Bureau surveys tell us that more than 100,000 uses of guns for self-defense occur every year while smaller, private surveys that are NOT people having to report to the federal government reveal that number may be as high as 2½ or 3 MILLION!
Criminologist Gary Kleck similarly estimates that 2.5 million Americans use firearms to defend themselves each year, 400,000 of whom believe that if not for their firearms they would have been dead as a result of attack. This is deadly assault, and does NOT include the number of those who state equivocally they would have been raped, assaulted, attacked or who knows what else but are unsure if they would have been killed without their ability to exercise their un-infringed Second Amendment rights!
Like the AK-47, this past summer, the AR-15 has been excoriated by the mainstream media as a “military” – or FULLY AUTOMATIC – weapon that doesn’t belong in the hands of civilians. Of course, the military versions are OUTLAWED to the general public, and the civilian weapon versions of these guns absolutely DO belong in the hands of We the People.
The media aren’t telling you, or anyone else for that matter, that only de-militarized – meaning, SEMIAUTOMATIC – AK-47s and AR-15s and all other so-called “assault” weapons – are lawfully available and that it is the ILLEGAL use of these weapons by madmen and criminals that is the problem
Still, we have the gun-hating left trying to empower criminals at the cost of our lives and safety to further the disarmament agenda! The Obama Washington elites and their clueless progressive base, laughably want to rely on 911 or the police to save them in a situation where access to a phone is NOT likely and seconds count!
After all, if these so-called “assault” weapons are simply so dangerous WHY are our federal officials exempt from the Feinstein gun grab and WHY does the Feinstein in-the-interest-of-‘public-safety’-bill NOT address MENTAL HEALTH issues?
A better question, WHY is the Sandy Hook tragedy – where a lunatic shot and killed his own mother to STEAL her legally owned firearm – being used to punish LAW-ABIDING, SANE Americans?!
Because it’s not about the guns, it’s about control!
And in an apparent acknowledgement by DHS that bad guys will have guns with or without the Feinstein gun grab, not to worry!
In a nutshell, just grab your nearest pair of scissors and cower under your desk.
This, of course, is the proverbial “Bring a pair of scissors to a gun fight…”
And if by some chance you DO SURVIVE, whether by impaling the ARMED, FIRING LUNATIC with your Fiskars or by divine providence, the narrator warns you to drop any object used in self defense when cops arrive and put your hands in the air…
We can only hope you’re not limited to SAFETY SCISSORS LIKE OUR YOUNG CHILDREN IN THEIR ‘GUN-FREE’ SCHOOL ZONES!
