Deep State Robert Mueller released three court filings yesterday and the Mainstream Media (MSM) went nuts and none as crazy as ‘Fake News’ CNN. Unfortunately for the entire MSM, Mueller’s bombshell reports turned out to be big duds.
Last week the corrupt and unconstitutional Mueller investigation released three court filings to the press. These were a few of the only communications over the past few years coming from the DOJ, FBI or Mueller team that were not illegal leaks.
The MSM went wild over the news and again claimed that the court filings coming from the corrupt group of Democrats running the investigation were very damaging to the President. CNN claimed in their headline that President Trump directed his former attorney to break the law – “Prosecutors: Michael Cohen acted at Trump’s direction when he broke the law”.
No where in any of the court filings did it state that President Donald Trump directed Michael Cohen to break the law.
In their online post, CNN states –
Federal prosecutors said for the first time Friday that Michael Cohen acted at the direction of Donald Trump when the former fixer committed two election-related crimes during the 2016 presidential campaign, as special counsel Robert Mueller outlined a previously undisclosed set of overtures and contacts between the Trump campaign and Russian nationals.
However, you have to go to the bottom of CNN’s post, to the last paragraph, to find out what the ‘crimes’ were that Cohen acted upon.
“He [Cohen] did so by orchestrating secret and illegal payments to silence two women who otherwise would have made public their alleged extramarital affairs with Individual-1,” they said. “In the process, Cohen deceived the voting public by hiding alleged facts that he believed would have had a substantial effect on the election.”
Nowhere in CNN’s report do they identify where in the three Mueller filings it states that the President directed Cohen to break the law. CNN’s report never identifies why paying two women to not discuss extramarital affairs with the President, is a crime. This happens all the time. Ask any HR Head of a large corporation and see how many individuals are given severance packages to leave corporations because of shady actions. Ask any attorneys linked to any wealthy athletes or big name actors to find out how many people they pay off to simply go away.
Paying people to not disclose salacious activities is legal and common. This certainly is not illegal as has been pointed out numerous times in recent weeks.
A healthy discussion of the court filings took place on FOX News last night. Joe DiGenova shed light on the Mueller case by stating on the Ingraham Angle the following related to the day’s announcements –
What we learned was that there’s is no evidence again of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign and certainly nothing with the President personally. We learned that Michael Cohen is a kind of a scrupulous individual who sought to enrich himself through the campaign and did some pretty sleazy deals after the campaign. “
But in fact there is nothing no suggestion whatsoever that the President did anything wrong, committed any crimes, or certainly had no contact with Russians. [It was] A lot of hype, a lot of sound, lot of noise, lot of drama, but no substance in terms of the President of the United States [Donald Trump].”
The Mueller gang struck out. Their court filings are embarrassing after over $30 million in taxpayer money wasted.
