Moron Ocasio-Cortez thinks the Commander in Chief Cannot Approve Security Clearances

Now that the Muller report debunked the President having any ties to Russia the Democrats are coming up with more absurd claims.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also known as Moron,  Tuesday waded into the debate about the White Trump approving security clearances. An alledged whistleblower said that 25 security clearances were given to officials after they were denied access through lower channels.

“Every day that we go on without getting to the bottom of this matter is a day that we are putting hundreds if not potentially thousands of Americans at risk,” Ocasio-Cortez said during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Capitol Hill.

Ocasio-Cortez said she is worried about our National Security, but obviously not at our Southern Border.

Ocasio-Cortez must not be aware that the president is the ultimate decider of both how to classify national security information and who gains eligibility to see it, derived from his status as commander in chief under Article II of the Constitution.

Earth to Miss. Moron, the president can grant or revoke security clearances in any way he well pleases.

Its president’s authority to give his son in law Kushner or anyone else a security clearance is clear. It wastes time and energy to argue otherwise.

Someone please tell Ocasio-Cortez than under our system, the president has the right to decide how to exercise his powers. The people, through their representatives and eventually through the ballot box, have the power to determine presidential fitness for office.

Congress does not have the authority to question Trumps decisions. Remember there is a separation of powers and the democrats seem to think they have the power to tell Trump what he can and can’t do with his constitutional powers.
