The debate over whether the Democrats going after Trump constitutes a coup. If it hinges on whether the impeachment process is being used to depose President Trump has democratic legitimacy, or is it an illicit use of formal procedures to undermine the Presidency.
The deep state and leftist political elite have resorted to unconstitutional or undemocratic means to overthrow democratically elected President. After first failing in the Muller Investigation set up by the Democrats themselves, they new try another route to remove the president.
What was the likely major political impetus behind Pelosi’s actions to make the announcement of impeachment? To bring about regime change, or it it really about the crimes they accuse Trump of committing?
First, neither Pelosi or any Democrat has any has any evidence that Trump extorted Zelensky the Ukrainian president for the purpose of aiding Trump’s 2020 campaign. If anything Zelensky himself said he was not put under any pressure, and Zelensky was the one to bring up the Biden incident.
If the Democrats want to bring up idea of extortion on Ukrainian officials they may want to look into the mirror. There is extensive evidence that in 2016, the Obama administration’s law-enforcement agencies pressured their Ukrainian counterparts to revive a dormant corruption investigation of Paul Manafort. There, the Obama administration arranged for them to huddle with the FBI, the Justice Department, the State Department, and the White House’s National Security Council (agencies that coordinated frequently throughout the collusion caper).

If it is of importance today that Ukraine is beholden to the president and the American administration for help, was it not at least equally important in 2016?
I have no problem with the principle that the president should not exploit his power over foreign relations for partisan political purposes. I have a problem with the Democrats caught in the act under Obama and looking away. Today in retrospect they have weak connections in regards to Trump and see a problem. If that is not a double standard, I don’t know what is.
When the Obama administration leans on Ukraine for help in an investigation of political opponents, the Democrats and the media say, “But look how corrupt Paul Manafort was!” Now the Trump administration is accused on flimsy evidence of leaning on Ukraine for help in an investigation of Joe Biden and his son, and all the Democrats and the media have to say is, “Abuse of power — impeach him!”
Looking into Biden’s improprieties seems to be off limits, why is that?
The Democrats use of the impeachment process is not only a huge blow to American democracy, but it also highlights how government institutions can exceed their constitutional role and manipulate political circumstances by abusing power by this illicit use of the impeachment process.
Impeachment being used for an agenda of impunity, profit, and power of the deep state control. Deep state control was lost when Trump was democratically elected the American voting population at the ballot box, the globalist having tried everything to get their power back.. Thus, impeachment was thus imposed on Trump by Democrats, under the guise of upholding the law.
The group of Democrats whom use such circumstances to gain control, do not have either moral or democratic legitimacy to hold office in our country anymore.
