Again desperate deen state Democrats are falsely claiming Trump is using the powers of the government to go after their opponents. They don’t want any facts coming out that put their crimes in a spotlight. The Democrats already shut down the investigation of former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter, calming an potential crimes as debunked, despite Biden himself on video bragging about blackmailing Ukraine with aid funds.
Evidence so far strongly suggests Democrats and the Obama administration abused their government powers in an attempt to fix the election for Clinton and later unseat Trump from the presidency. Now Democrats have moved to a new ploy of impeachment based on Trump looking into Bidens crimes.
Democrats have no problem setting up Trump to be investigated, but how dare anyone look into Democrat crimes.
Now that the Department of justice is designating this as a formal criminal investigation, it gives prosecutors the ability to issue subpoenas, potentially empanel a grand jury and compel witnesses to give testimony and bring federal criminal charges.
The Justice Department had previously considered it to be an administrative review, and Attorney General William Barr appointed John Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut, to lead the inquiry into the origins of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election. It’s unclear when Durham’s inquiry shifted to a criminal investigation.
Trump has long slammed the Muller investigation hoax, saying there was political bias at the FBI and the probe was all part of a “witch hunt” to discredit him and his presidency. The DOJ will also be investigating whether the surveillance methods and intelligence gathering methods used against Trump during the investigation were legal and appropriate.
Following the news deep state Democrat leaders Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler lashed out at the Department of Justice and President Trump on Thursday night calling the criminal probe Trump’s “political revenge.

Some of the early damaging details to the now criminal investigation is the findings that former FBI lawyer Lisa Page EDITED General Mike Flynn’s 302 report, then lied to the DOJ about the edits.
General Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell filed a motion on Thursday night revealing that General Flynn was indeed set by the FBI with an ambush, damaging leaks and altered 302 reports.
