The House of Representatives passed the sham impeachment resolution along party lines Thursday morning, picking Satan’s day of Halloween for the vote.
Two Democrats voted against the resolution — Reps. Collin Peterson (MN) and Jefferson Van Drew (NJ), who represent districts that support Trump.
House Speaker Pelosi presided over the vote Thursday morning and said “This is something that is very solemn, that is something prayerful,” ahead of the vote. “What is at stake in all of this is nothing less than our democracy.”

Pelosi lied to the American public saying the process being voted on today — also called the Schiff Empowerment Act — gives Republicans and the White House the equal power as the crooked Democrats and their leader Adam Schiff in this sham impeachment process.
The resolution approved a Soviet-style proceeding which denies President Trump due process.
House Minority Whip Steve Scalise on Thursday morning blasted the Soviet-style impeachment process spearheaded by Schiff and Pelosi and said that President Trump won’t even be able to have his legal counsel present during the hearing.
The text of the Democrat impeachment resolution was released Tuesday afternoon and it further confirmed the Democrats are attempting to remove Trump via a coup under the guise of impeachment.
According to the impeachment resolution, ranking member of the House Intel Committee Devin Nunes (R-CA) can only issue subpoenas, call in witnesses and introduce evidence with Democrat Chairman Adam Schiff’s permission.
Under normal impeachment proceedings, Minority members of the committees would have equal subpoena power and they would be able to call in witnesses.
“The resolution put forward by Speaker Pelosi confirms that House Democrats’ impeachment has been an illegitimate sham from the start as it lacked any proper authorization by a House vote,” Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham said in a statement on Tuesday.
“The White House is barred from participating at all, until after Chairman Schiff conducts two rounds of one-sided hearings to generate a biased report the Judiciary Committee. Even then, the White House’s rights remain undefined, unclear, and uncertain – because those rules still haven’t been written.”
Adam Schiff has complete power over the proceedings, and will block Republicans from releasing facts and transcripts and choosing witnesses. The Trump White House will be completely blocked from the process and neither Republicans nor The White House will need approval from Adam Schiff throughout the process.
This is a process you would expect to see in Communist Cuba or the former Soviet Union.
