30 Presidents have been accused of ‘abuse of power’ and not a single one was impeached

Excellent quote from Dershowitz… 30 Presidents have been accused of ‘abuse of power’ and not a single one was impeached.  Alan Dershowitz describes “the great danger” in the Democrats impeachment, noting he opposes it to protect the Constitution from “partisan misuse and weaponization.

Alan Dershowitz highlight from tonight on CNN

Professor Dershowitz is right here and its needs to be thought through by the Democrats: what you do here to establish a precedence of using the charge of “Abuse of Power” to impeach a president because the congress doesn’t like something that president did or wants to do is an awful way of running a government and has the effect of turning us into a parliamentary system and not a Republic.
