White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Wednesday was repeatedly asked if Vice President Kamala Harris is being considered for the US Supreme Court.
Earlier Wednesday NBC reported liberal Supreme Court justice Stephen Breyer would be retiring after 27 years on the bench.

Joe Biden has vowed to nominate a black woman to the US Supreme Court.
While Supreme Court observers believe judge Ketanji Jackson is the early front-runner to replace Breyer, White House reporters asked Psaki if Kamala Harris is being considered.
“Is there any scenario in which the president would select his vice president Kamala Harris for the Supreme Court?” NBC’s Peter Alexander asked Psaki.
Psaki danced around Peter Alexander’s question so Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked it a different way.

“You say you’re not going to speak to any considerations…does that mean [Kamala Harris] is being considered?” Doocy asked.
After spinning like a top, Psaki conceded: “The president has every intention, as he said before, of running for reelection, and for running for reelection with Vice President Harris on the ticket as his partner.”
