Surveillance video released on Tuesday shows the moment a 23-year-old graduate of Temple University gunned down and murdered in Democrat-run Philadelphia.
Police are asking the public for help identifying the murder suspect.

The city of Philadelphia is offering a $20,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
23-year-old Everett Beauregard was seen on video walking up to his South Philly apartment on Thursday, September 22 just after midnight when a gunman shot him to death.

According to police, the murder suspect had been circling the neighborhood on foot for one hour before he randomly shot and killed Everett Beauregard.

The two men did not exchange any words before the suspect turned and fired shots.
WGAL reported:
Beauregard was fatally shot outside his apartment just off of Drexel University’s campus on Thursday, Sept. 22, around 12:30 a.m.
Police said the gunman and Beauregard never even spoke to each other. They just passed by each other on the sidewalk and the suspect shot him.
“The suspect is observed walking in the opposite direction as the victim. After passing the victim, the suspect immediately turns and fires several gunshots at the back of the victim’s head from very close distance,” a statement on the Philadelphia Police Department website says.
