Joe Biden on Wednesday stumbled through remarks on the pandemic response and Covid vaccinations.

After the presser, reporters started shouting questions at Joe Biden so he turned around with a creepy smile on his face ready to engage.
“You guys are bad. I’m not supposed to be answering all these questions. I’m supposed to leave but I can’t resist your questions,” said Biden.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki recently admitted during an interview with CNN’s David Axelrod that Biden is told not to answer impromptu questions from reporters.
