Report: Jewish Mag Considers Dropping Anti-Semite Ann Coulter

A conservative Jewish magazine may be dropping right-wing commentator Ann Coulter, after she ranted about ‘f—king Jews’ over Twitter last week.

Coulter had tweeted “How many f—ing Jews do these [candidates] think there are in the United States?” in response to the Republican candidates’ debate over Israel.

Controversy ensued, after Twitter trend #IStandwithAnn attracted comments from anti-Semites across the globe – including an implicit word of support from Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Coulter attempted to justify her remarks by claiming that they referred to “Republican pandering” as opposed to attacking Jews per-sa – but the damage may have already been done.

“Pandering to Jewish money is about as anti-Semitic a stereotype as you could put forth,” Binyamin Jolkovsky, Editor-in-Chief of the Jewish World Review, stated to the Daily Beast Saturday. The Review has syndicated Coulter’s column for years. “Her ‘eff-ing Jews’ comment is not identifying Israel—it’s identifying Jews, plural, and all Jews.”

“There is no excuse for that,” he continued. “You can’t just wiggle out of something that vile and hateful.”

Despite her insistence that the remarks where political, not anti-Semitic, when asked in a post-gaffe interview whether her remarks could perpetuate the idea that Jews “run Hollywood” or the media, Coulter admitted: “Well, this episode is not going a long way to disprove that.”
