Joe Biden on Sunday traveled to El Paso, Texas in his first visit to the southern border ever.

According to a local El Paso reporter, police were also arresting people ahead of Biden’s visit.

“[Police] have been arresting people here maybe for paraphernalia…those types of arrests,” the reporter said.
“One woman did tell us that yes, she has seen city employees out here cleaning the area in preparation for President Biden’s visit,” he said.
